What is your biggest challenge in trying to reach your goal of attaining a dream body?  The cartoon above makes the point that it's not just about getting a beautiful body, but it's also about your health and what should be most important in your life.  Let's face it, it's not easy to work, take care of the house, business, the family and then still find the time for exercise.  But, it can be done if you really want it and it's something that is of value to you.  Knowing what we want and getting it can be two very different things.  Do you want a body that turns heads and makes you feel proud to look in the mirror?  Do you want to be healthy and fit?  How important are these things in the grand scheme of your life?  What are your biggest challenges?

Fun, fun bootcamp tonight...loved the "hurdle" stuff!! Tony was talking about a type of fiber to add to water, but I can't seem to remember its name. Can anyone help?

Hi tracy! You did incredibly well in the boot camp! the fiber is any brand that is 100% Vegetable Fiber (inulin). CVS has it in their own brand or Metamucil makes it but it must be the clear and natural as NOT all Metamucil is the same. The key is "inulin" or 100% vegetable fiber on the label. http://www.metamucil.com/metamucil-clear-and-natural.php?ref=f

Hi renee, this is nicky I wanted to give you some helpful hints about turkey burgers. First thing turkey burgers are great however beaware that the turkey burger can be fattening as well especially at restaurants. Be sure to buy a lean version of the turkey meat i buy mine at Trader Joes's has .5 grams of fat for a 4 ounce burger. These are a little sticky and come out a little dry. A suggestion to spice it up add pepper, maybe a little whole wheat panko bread crumbs and some egg whites to bind together. Another suggestion when done cooking burger add alpine lace american cheese and add a little organic ketchup. Instead of bread use romaine lettuce to wrap it up. Happy eating! shin splints.

Hey everyone! I finally logged on to check out the blog! Man oh man, bootcamp was tough last night. But I'm feeling really good this morning, and very strong! Is it possible to feel strong? Maybe it's really just soreness but I'm proud of it. :) and my fiancé said I'm looking good, I am now down 10 lbs since Jan 1!!! I hope I can keep up this pace!! See you tonight!
