<p>What is your biggest challenge in trying to reach your goal of attaining a dream body?&nbsp; The cartoon above makes the point that it's not just about getting a beautiful body, but it's also about your health and what should be most important in your life.&nbsp; Let's face it, it's not easy to work, take care of the house, business, the family and then still find the time for exercise.&nbsp; But, it can be done if you really want it and it's something that is of value to you.&nbsp; Knowing what we want and getting it can be two very different things.&nbsp; Do you want a body that turns heads and makes you feel proud to look in the mirror?&nbsp; Do you want to be healthy and fit?&nbsp; How important are these things in the grand scheme of your life?&nbsp; What are your biggest challenges?</p>
